Sterling Estates Senior Living is Hiring a Caregiver Near Antioch, CA

Caregiver

Must have current CPR card.

Duties:

- Provide assistance and support to individuals with physical disabilities, dementia and seniors in their daily activities

- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Help with meal preparation and feeding

- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry

- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with residents

Experience:

- Previous experience working with individuals with physical disabilites, dementia, or elderly is preferred

- Knowledge of hospice care is a plus

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as transferring residents from bed to wheelchair

- Experience in meal preparation and following dietary restrictions

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

- Must be patient, kind hearted, and enjoy being around elderly
